Prepare Ledger Nano Hardware Wallet & Connect with MetaMask (MM).

Prerequisites..
#1. Install ETH App on Ledger Nano Device.
#2. Know the Ledger ETH Address to connect with MetaMask.
#3. Enable Blind Signing on Ledger Nano Device.

#4. Connect Ledger Nano Device to MetaMask (MM).

#1. Install ETH App on Ledger Nano Device.
Open Ledger Live App on Computer.
Type your password
Click ->
Click Manager
Check Firmware is up to date, if NOT, update.*
Click Install Ethereum (ETH).
Installing…
Ethereum (ETH) App successfully installed.
Click Add Account.
“Open the Ethereum app on your device”.
Click Button on Nano Device.
“Application is ready”.
Name the account if you wish by typing in the box.
Click Add Account
Click Done.
Click the relevant Account.
#2. Know the Ledger ETH Address to connect with MetaMask.
Click Receive
Click Continue.
We want to know the correct Ledger address to connect with MM later.
Click copy to clipboard icon or make a note of address.
“Verify that the shared address exactly matches the one on your device”.
Note: On Nano X device, the address will display on a single screen.*
Click Nano Device Button
Click Nano Device Button
Click Nano Device Button
Click Both Nano Device Buttons Simultaneously to Approve.
“Address Shared Securely”.
Click Done

#3. Enable Blind Signing on Ledger Nano Device.
Connect Nano Device to Computer
Enter PIN
Click Both Nano Device Buttons Simultaneously.
Click Both Nano Device Buttons Simultaneously.
Click Nano Device Button.
Click Nano Device Button.
Click Both Nano Device Buttons Simultaneously.
Click Nano Device Button.
“Blind signing Enabled”.

#4. Connect Ledger Nano Device to MetaMask (MM).
Click Circle icon.
Click Connect Hardware Wallet.
Click Ledger
Plug in..
Click Continue.
Click Nano S (or) Nano X
Click Connect
Select an Account /Address to connect with.
Click Unlock
Ledger cold wallet address is successfully connected to MetaMask.
Click Circle icon
Again we see evidence of the successful ledger connection.
Ledger Nano Device preparations are complete and The Ledger Nano cold wallet address is connected to MetaMask.
